Seven yards pumping a stair tower . Took 2hrs no big thing . Time to clean out and the ball won't come back so in goes another ball to try to seal the fisrt one and still won't suck back. WTF. I cleaned out the hopper and used what water I had to fill the hopper push the balls out of the boom. Back at the yard I find a mixer fin stuck in the turret pipe. Long story short I am good to go for monday. You gotta love the easy pours.

Hey many I got that one beat Years ago I had a 3/4 rachet stuck in whiteman boom. Has Clawson concrete engraved on it . Sits in my tool box to this day and works get. Maybee I should change the topic to " usable tools found in boom" . The life of a pump operator you gotta love it |

Had an 18" long piece of 2" angle iron made it through the turret an one set of boom elbows. Contractor must have thought it came from pump cause 9 years later he's not used us again. |

I once got a price of rebar all the way passed the turret made it jus before the end of the #1 sec got stuck in the twin 90s, and had a 4 foot price wraped in auger.
When I asked the driver why he let rebar get through the great he replied it was part of the mix design.!?!? Needless to say I was a little hot!!! Then some idiot from brand x batch plant wanted to know why I wasent pumping?? And I lost it, I told him the rebar gose in the form not the pump, the stupid idiot asked if I wanted more concrete!?!? |

2001... Amsterdam... A mixerdriver managed to plug his mixer truck. There was a dead body of a 33 year old guy stuck in the exit. There is always someone that can do it better than us.. |

We had to thank the quarry for this one considering they were nice enough to not tighten the bolt on there auger blades and hadf them plug our pumps. Not one but both. 61m and 47m. Funny things is we just changed the deck pipe. Guess the mixers thought they werent good enough pipes. We changed them again just to make them feel better lol |
