If you do not have a CARB badge on it, you will have to go thru that. Depends on year, engine and what Teir it is for emissions. |

If the pump is going to be operated in California you could go to CARB web site and click on Portablle equipment. A very confusing and complex process awaits you. The rules for trailer pumps are in place now and enforcement is looking for unregistered equipment in the field. I have a group that may be of assistance. Capumpers.org. Hank de Carbonel |

Hank Said it all and said it best. These complex rules are putting guys out of business even as bad as things are out there. |

Me too Ed. I burn off road diesel and have no tag on my trailer pump. Mine is a tier 3 I believe but as stated I burn off road anyway. |

79 I burn on road deisel in my trailer pump cause in a year I don't think it worth the trouble doing all the paper work, I have a non renewal tag on my pump kit in Tenn you can pay one time for a SIMI tag, Calif has been on a down hill slide with all the crazy rule's and only gets worst, 79 you can't even spill any concrete on the ground without getting fined, with all that said lets see all the comments that will come after I post. |

Way back then the smell of rotting dinosaurs was in the air. Pumping concrete was a daily experiment often gone wrong. Pumping was something not to be tried at home. Like today , but for different reasons. Regards my fellow experimenter Hank you can contact me at www.capumpers.org |
