Encasing Pipe With Grout or Flowable Fill or Concrete?

5" discharge coupled into tunnel lining, To pump 600 yds 600' to fill tunnel around 48" storm drain,,  Any Ideas on the best mix for pushing this far.  Gimme your ideas fellas,

If it is just to fill it.Why not just grout.

We used CDF to fill pipes that were about 7 feet in dia. Longest push was 1100 feet through 5 inch pipe. We pumped a little over 8000 yards on this project filling pipes. The CDF mix was very very wet and pumped like butter!

12 sack slurry has worked the best for me filled a 8" pipe under the mississippi river and its about 2600-2800 ft across at that point and did it with a mayco ball valve no problems, 9 sack grout wet wet wet has worked in the past as well
