Great product and easy to use. But the crushers won't take them . So we pile them up and take them to a land fill in are 20yd dump at a high cost. Now it is just a simple set up of 2x12's nailed togther in a 4' x 8' box. The crushers take them for free. |

the biggest problem with enviro-bags is they do not address the real issue of the wastewater that comes out of concrete washout, if you use these bags they will keep your jobsite cleaner and more orderly, but they WILL NOT keep you out of trouble with DEQ or the EPA, they do not contain the water that has higher than acceptable ph levels, chromium, and other known carcinogens, there are getting to be more and more other better ways to keep you and your jobsite compliant, the 2"x12" box works as long as it is lined with a vapor barrier such as visqueen, sealed concrete washout roll-off boxes, or a lined pit, these are your best alternatives when dealing with stormwater concerns on jobsites. |

The bags are lined to retail the washout water from inside the hopper. If the operator washes off concrete from the side of the pump then the bag will not be there to catch that high PH water. |
