Munir, contact an U.S. Embassy, and check if you can get a work visa, after that it shoud not be a problem for you finding a job. I think you might need "proof of work" though

I already checked embassy of USA & CANADA.

They ask me must be need any Employer from USA or CANADA which one is take my passport copy and apply visa for me from visa department in USA or CANADA after that he send me  visa and then I get permission from Embassy of  USA or CANADA from my location .

Yes Munir is right. He needs a employer from United States or Canada to sponsor him. I am going through this process myself with a lawyer. I am a United States citizen trying to get a Canadian work visa. Unfortunately I have a jail able offence that happened three years ago. And that is a problem trying to get into Canada. I don’t know Munir, but what I would recommend. Find a employer that wants you. Second find a lawyer to help you. Going through the embassy is a very slow process from what I hear. I am getting all my paper work together and heading to the border of Canada. Then and there they will have to make the decision. Although I don’t know you, I wish you success.

The process is made much easier if the prospective employer will contact his proper government officials and request by name that this individual be allowed entry.

Like the sign says "I am from the government and I am here to help." ;~)

There’s the link. You can be expedited into Canada, under the 12 occupations. The occupation I am trying to be expedited under is “crane operator”. The lawyer takes over here and files for a concrete pump operator using the occupation crane operator. At least that is how I understand it. Be sure you read the link if you are truly interested in getting into Canada. The link would also be very helpful to Canadian employers looking outside of Canada.  Good luck to everyone.
