This is what we've been up to the last weeks. There is a setup like this on both sides of the fjord. This is only the beginning. From here we will poor the pillers to the bridge 65m high and than the bridge itself several hundred meters both ways.. We already used 100 bar pressure on the first poor so hope we mannage the push when the line gets realy long. If anybody needs help with a job like this than just take contact! We operate around the globe as long as the job is extreem enough for us Greeting from Dipstick. Owner of Danicon AS |

BTW.. Our customer in this case is Kruse Smith. One of the biggest building companies in Norway. Big thanks to them for involving us in to their project. Over the next 1,5 years we will build a large bridge. 12.000m3 meters of concrete. The bridge will be over 500m long and 65m high. We will keep you all updated. |

Thats us yes. And we've already done one poor. 400m3 with not the slightest problem. This is easy for us. Give us twice the length and we'll call it a challange. Thanks for the nice reply
We will be using this line at least 100 times so we like to do it propperly.. |

Can you tell me what the two red things were at the 6:20 and 9:00 minutes mark were? I am really glad we only have about 300" of line. LOL |

I asume you mean the closing valves. We have 3 total in this line. 2 manual hydro pump and one electric-hydrolic wich we can close from the pump. If we would get a plug you can imagin the mess and danger it would create if we could not close the line at some places. the first 200m of line goes steep down hill. 70m down to sea level. The closing valve with remote we use to stop the line from draining every time we stop the pump. Notice the water we cross. Thats sea so the water level is not stabel. The line is on floating bridges. We mannaged to create an all steal line that can flex up and down with the water. We disconect in between poors just to be on the safe side.. The pump we use is the BSA 2109 from putzmeister. It produces 136 BAR pressure on the concrete. |
