this is so awesome to see so many community people together doing things like this . Kudos to the contractors involved as Im sure there was not much profit in it for them, But what a feel good project for all involved. That show has actually made me cry with joy after seeing the families that get these houses done always are deserving.

Thanks for posting this ,it made my day .

Todd; the pumper was J-Mac /  Mr. John MacWhorter,  owner/operator, Channelveiw Texas. Who 100% donated his time and effort even though stricken at the time by the flu virus, he hung in there for the project and ended up in the hospital later that day.  They don't build'um like that anymore.

John you are the man !!!!!!!

The equipment was his  ZL (Zoomlion) 40-X.  For those who will be coming to Vegas we will be displaying the new 2nd generation ZL40-X at World of Concrete this year,

Bob Miller

One was built in Woodlawn, TN  back in OCT 09 I was asked to pump but everybody being in a hurry never said anything about power lines over head if I could have seen the job before hand I would have taken my line pump cause they wanted to pump 10 yards and wait and hour and do ten more with a boom you need to clean out in between pours but with my line pump it would have pumped like a dream I can wash out easy as many times as needed, heres something else how can you build on green concrete and tighten anchors it takes 28 days to get your strenght, these house's being built that fast are asking for trouble down the road, with cracked floors  sinking driveways this house here was built on a wet location we had and extra wet season before they started.
