does any one know where i can get a drive roller bearing for my 105 feed belt? putz is a long time out. i engineered one to keep me moving, but need a original one that is a sealed bearing.

how about the guys at illinois conveyor? They do complete refurbs on 105s.

The feeder drive pulley bearings are the same on every model except the TB-200.

MAKE SURE you also get the "NYLOS" rings that go on the inside of the bearing, closest to the pulley.  These are steel seals that keep concrete out of the bearing. 

I also recommend taking the pully and bearing boxes out as one piece; do not just separate the bearing boxes and take the pulley out.  Take it all out and rebuild the boxes on the bench.  It is nearly impossible to get it back together, in place, without damaging the nylos rings.

With no, or damaged Nylos rings, you will be doing it again, in a few weeks.

Feeder drive pulley bearings are the only lube fittings that require DAILY greasing.  This forces "gray water" out of the bearing.
