nice, ill have to work on a boom for few days just to know what its like hehe been line pumping for nearly 14 years never been on a boom

I love pumping concrete. hardest part with running a boom is making sure your setup is solid and being safe. running the boom does take practice to get smooth.

Sherpa learning on a line pump is the best way to start, priming, learning to locate a plug, and having the pump clean enough to do pump jobs over and over again are important..very important..putting a stick in the air is overrated

All we do is line pump  i have much respect for our Big brothers in the pumping industry. i love watching a good boom operator  work his majic, but its not for me............makes me too nervous.  i like putting out the system and doing it my way. i will leave the booms to the pros. love the pics, thats one of the things that make this site great to look at  .
