Pa and I went in together and bought a 28m Putzmeister.  The days of runnin' the Brown Mound of Sound is done!

The first day was good.  kinda weird runnig 4 sectiun boom instead of my Thomsen.  Proprshunel remote is neat but takes time to get used to.

The best part is the big  steel plates on the bottums of the outriggers!  Sure makes the set up easier but Pa says to use the wood pads too...

I was gonna water warsh like TooTall does but the remote kept losing signal and I didn't want to try.  I pulled a nerf soccerball back though.  I blowd out the boom really good in the redi-mix truck.  Then put it in reverce and started stroking 'till I got it set at a stroke every 6 seconds - then I put a 5 gallun buckit of water in the elbow and then the ball...Oh ya, I didn't put the buckit in the elbow - just the water.  I stood by the reducer at the back of the hopper and listened.  There were two surges - after the second serge I hear the ball go by.  ...and I found it here when I opened the transishun!!!

As  I said Pa and me went in on this together.  It was allot of money so I had to sell my Camaro.  I thought I'd put the only picture of it in the world that I have.  I never thought I'd get rid of it otherwise I would have takin more pictures.  I can't figgure out how to photoshop stuff so My ex-girlfriend, Daylene, is in the photo.

I never run anyhting like this before.  I played with it a little at the house but everything else I learned from here.  Thanks guys!
