The powers to be and the poster asked that this post be deleted. Its funny how a manufacture from the other side of the world thinks a post about his pump on this message board could hurt their company.

Well thanks for the post and the replies. I personally believe it was all good for us to see it and read about the tip over but if a poster asks for his post to be deleted i will do it.

The best of luck to you. Hey see if that manufacture might want to sponsor the site or maybe next time buy a pump from a sponsor.

a quick update,

manufacturer  has viewed the machine and has accepted responsability for the fawlty check valve on the slew rams but are very reluctant to accept responsabilty for damage caused by the roll over, go figure. we and the local "agent" are pushing for a new boom to be fitted to the existing module and chassis.
