Tough week my best guy got thrown realy hard into a massive fence panel that then fell on him

Residential existing house stamped patio

All he did was pick up the 3 to 2 1/2 reducer while it was charged and it let go in a big way Very lucky he wasnt seriously injured by that i mean he got stitches beside his eye  broken ribs and a concussion  Good thing the Livingstone crew is one of the tuffest anywhere  This guy was back to help stamp 2 hrs later  my hats off to you M

So that was the 1st day of me being 40

The second day we struggled we 3 inch line harsh mix and an s tube that has a 1/4 gap at the bottom between cutting ring

segregation made it impossible lucky we were able to get another pump to finish

So its definetly getting tougher but lets hope theres a light at the end of the tunnel

That would be a placing crew able to function without me so that i can focus on the pumping  Too many more of these days might force me to go in another direction   Maybe a nbice new 32 Alliance Z Boom    Ya that might be the answer

Lesson learned   Give the pumping the attention it deserves  Get more finishers
