I personally refuse to work when other equipment are are working/moving near me. If something solid hits the boom or truck, we got problems, could hurt someone real bad. I suggest shuting the pump off and waiting till their done, no comprimise !(Real Trucks dont have spark plugs) Can you say Cummins ?

I agree we never let them work around our equipment unless it is absolutely critical, and the reasons are simple they make a mistake hit the pump an outrigger or anything and we have the damage, plus you never know just what little hit it would take to move a pump with the boom up, off the outrigger pads. Overhead cranes would never do it but other things like form work fork lifts and loaders have got weight. Even if its paint damage I would politely charge them to have the detail shop fix the paint it
