Just curious how you guys are doing it. Is everyone just folding it up with hydraulic hoses running from another pump or do you guys have portable power units rigged up? |

got 2 10m hoses made up, follow the hose off the hyd.pump to the boom then connect into it, same for the return line. Keep an eye on oil levels on both macines as you fold up, carry a couple of 25ltr cans, one empty ,one full just in case. As an alternative, connect a seperate circuit, such as the accumalator pump, on the same machine to the boom circuit, you can do this on a permanent basis with a ball valve in the line to stop the flow between circuits when in normal use, this will get you out of trouble for the boom or the accumalator pump going down . |

There is a way to close up your pump off of the main pumping cylinders if only the boom pump fails by pluming into the head side of the cylinder to the stack valve and pressuring out the machine .the only thing is this creates a lot of heat and should only be done when it is a case of not being able to get your hands on another machine .I have done this a couple of times .if you need more info contact me |
