Look our industry is taking a big hit. I know of all the issues that are going on.

Companies are going bankrupt, Many of the manufactures are having big problems and people are losing there homes, filing bankrupt and losing everything. Some people are even in jail. I just heard of another large company that just lost everything, pumps, property, home and everything.

With all that said lets not post it here. Please this is not the place for the trash talk even if it is all true.

When Fair Pump was running how many of you guys were slinging mud at me?

Now here we are some 8 years later and it all comes to light and every one is up in arms?

Had I been supported in 2000 and sued the pants off the perpetrators we would NOT be in the current mess that we are in today, equipment values may have been soft but would NOT be in the toilet.

Why you ask? Figure it out yourselves. Stick your heads in the sand and say “it aint so” just like most of you did 8 years ago.

The Industry has imploded due to greed no different than AIG, and a certain manufacturer cooking their books to hide huge losses and flooding of the market with machines for no cost to their cronies (aka “dealers”)

I can point directly to the failure of my business to that manufacturer and their practices. I am sure there are many others who were wrongly affected and if I was supported at that time and those were taken to the court at that time, we today would not be in this much of a mess.

So to all you nay sayer’s who though Fair Pump was ridiculous go look in the mirror if there is anyone to blame for the current situation you just might be looking at them.

Hey Dick, I blieved you and so did everyone eles. I think nobody really wanted to do anything about it and the others just joined the dark side.

Here is our industry moto.

Competition in the concrete pumping industry has been to pump so cheap, not that you will go out of business but that the bastard your competing with goes out of business.

Its time to change our motto.

How about, Hell no I wont pump for free.

Or

I make money pumping concrete.

Or

Cant we all just get along.

Or …..

Hey Dick did Benjamin Franklin work for Putz?

Benjamin Franklin once said.

Victory at all costs, victory in spite of all terror, victory however long and hard the road may be; for without victory there is no survival.

You supported me in the back room and silenced me to the masses. Just like the big boys who cut thier deals at my expense.

He we are, is there anything I stated that was not true?

Look at the changes and what has been posted: It's as clear as day to me on who made back room deals.

The precedant would have been set then in court , there would have been the fear of 20 years of no industry participation and triple damages to all effected.

I get phone calls all the time of guys thinking I am passing all this info around today "teton man" or what ever his name is.

I really dont care any more. The industry is at best on life support from the Banks who can't foreclose on thousands of pumps.

I say to you if this was not the case there might be two players left that I can think of. Every ones else would be gone.

The four horseman are here in this industry and they called out for them to come, greed, decit and arrogance.

there is fraud and cronies in every business every industry it just takes time to get every one to open there eyes , unfortunately its usually to late and the damage is done as in our case , our industry is in serious trouble , we , some of us have preached and kept our prices as high as we could and still gotten work because the cronies were price gouging , now unless your strangle hold on your market is strong all will have to play the price wars to stay in business with companies that have no business being in business , I read this and felt I had to voice my opinion, good luck to all and all will bare this burden in this industry because of greed, deceit, and silencing of our  voices on important issues as such , good luck in the war, only the strong will survive.

I beg to disagree with you that the strong will survive.

The one who owe the most will survive, they (the banks) already had their bet on their horses and the stage coach is being pulled by their team(s).

Those that own the banks will win, or for those who don’t get it those that owe the banks so much money that the banks cant foreclose will win."

AIGs everywhere, bolster the balance sheet with assets that can't be valued (or are artificially (duopoly) elevated), get into the system so far that even the US Government can't let them go under.

See any correlations?

The economy has imploded

We are being sucked down with it. The health of the banks wil determine which loans are too toxic and which are acceptable. What happened to your company was not at all fair; but the fair is in August. Others are going by the wayside every day due in small part to the conspiracy.

I personally have walked away from a few jobs that were bid by other companies at ridiculously low rates. It is cheaper to have the pump sit than have the exposure of having the pump out on a job at a loss, just so the competitor won't get the job. With prices being what they are right now, it's no wonder the state of the industry is what it is right now. It is really, really ugly out there right now. I am worried....

if we listen to all the gloom and doom we hear and believe it ,you just as soon go ahead and quit , for me I am no quitter and will continue to do what we do, do work at profitable rates if the comp wants to do them for a loss go ahead, less work means you have to make more on the work you do, the areas of the country were there isnt much industry is gonna be the worst hit and my condolences go out to you all, in my case industry is keeping us alive rite now, there is no residential and very little commercial just industrial, and I am also worried that industrial will dry up soon also, and dick tracy I do agree the company with the most debt probably will end up with slaps on the wrists rather than repossessions due to the bank cant swallow anymore equipment that cant be sold, thank god were in debt up to our asses maybe we can get one of those slaps when the time comes, if it comes.
