Wow what a concept. We hope to have the site up and running in by April 1st, lol not a April fools joke. This is the real deal. We want to help as much as we can. Our Mechanic is first class and willing to take all questions. I want to thank all of our sponsors for helping to make this possible.

Just so happens that I know this guy. WHODATHUNKIT! I can not believe that a wrench this good would do this. You pumpers out there are very lucky.

I hope that you do not abuse this deal and that you first try your very best to take care of the problem to the best of your ability. This is too good a deal to abuse.

When you call this guy he is going to ask you some questions about your problem so as to gain a better understanding of it. If you do not have the answers to the questions he asks then you are making him ASS-U-ME information. I will give you an example:

Your pump stops cycling……

1.    does it then pressure out?

2.    what does the pressure gauge read?

3.    does it do the same thing in reverse?

4.    does it happen at the same “place” in the cycle every time?

5.    what is the oil temperature?

6.    can you make it cycle on ‘manual?’

My point here is……… you are there, he is not. You are asking for his help; do what you can to help him help you. And oh-yea…………. Say

THANKS

;~)

I am very excited to have this service up and running. Do you think there is much of a need for a help line of this kind?

well its about time thats there is our fundamentals of switching controls available.

i used to stock all of the chiltons repair manuals but they sold out, i use all data auto on line at the liabray.

my dealer goes through two wrenches a year and you do not want them practicing, my duetz shop has no parts.

my manifacturor has classes that i can not afford so i have to find someone with the information and pay for photo copies of dianostic that i have read three times to get a concept of what to look for so if my unit ever  T- bones i will know what iam dealing with.

by the way my grandfather was the first factory wrench to the NW, he had a eighth grade education and learned from books only.

Todd,

Great idea. I know I always have questions I cannot answer. What a great way to get the needed advice on wrench turning we all need from time to time.

Thanks

Russ

I did Big ED. I will give you a call this week after I try it out. I just got my pump back--I had it in the shop trying to solve a fuse problem.
