You know what I found out today, I was surprised. The Vancouver pumpers, or I guess anyone that wants to make the trip can go to KCP and get FREE troubleshooting and diagnosing. No, really, for real; I was as amazed as you are. Where/who else can a guy go with his machine, no matter the brand, and have someone help him for $0.00?

These are tough times and everyone is watching their money. It is GREAT that a company would open its facility and knowledge base to do something for our industry for no financial gain.

So from all of us, thanks KCP, we appreciate it. ;~)
