sorry for the blurry pics, took them in a hurry as i wasn't allowed to have a camera onsite ;) 700' of system, filling a block 20'x70'x16' , 639 yards in five hours flat, pouring CDF that was almost a six sack! 1.5 sacs of cement plus 500 lbs of flyash per yard, basically pumping butter

How did you clean all that system out? Air?

timed it just right so we left about three yards left to fill( the amount of material in the line) covered the end with plastic, closed a plug valve, and blew out with air, had a guy chasing it all the way to the end, no mess and i farted harder than the sponge came out;)

arent the outriggers supposed to be all the way out OR all the way in...

i can clear a room in a heartbeat, and there is no need to fully extend the outriggers when only pumping off the back end/line pumping

what is the contraption that is attached on top of your first length of pipe? (looks like it has a couple line running to it) it is highly likely that I am just seeing things :)

seems to me there is a blanket on the swing elbow area and then there is a concrete block on the line probably so it doesnt jerk back and forth like a line does when you pump hard through it.

Do you have to use an external air compressor to blow out line? Or will your truck work and have air to run things?

I would think that external air (300 psi or so) would be required. I don't think that the 120 - 130 psi that a truck's system would put out would overcome the line friction. (I may be wrong) Once it was half way, the air supply could be shut off and it would still go, at 100 feet remaining, then start dumping air. Interesting job. Was it just filled to within 12" or so of the top, then a structural slab to be poured after the CDF has set/cured? I would think that the CDF wouldd shrink/settle somewhat.
