If any 1 can give me some tips, there is a loud vibration coming from the top of the filter housings. going to change the filter in morning hope it will make a differents

change the two filters on top of the oil tank quite simple to change the filer sitting upside down is just a oil tank breather nothing to worry about just make sure the grease pot is working you should get a small pile of grease under the rear bend after a days pumping if no grease undo the six bolts (i think) take of the round plate also holding the swing bend of inside is three rubber seals clean or replase them when they grout up it locks the spool in the grease block and it wont grease anything if there is a guage on the grease pump it should lift at about 2bar then build again keep the cutting ring free should here it ring when washing out if not you got build up in the s valve bad idear as its a metal to meal seal no rubber insert they rely on grout to force the cutting ring to the spec plate radio control can give you a night mare if you get it wet just take the box a part and leave by the heater for a couple off hours but the radio boxes are quite robust and forgiving finaly make shore you grease the boom more than often as the pin bushes are quite thin weve had to cut a few pins out due to lack of grease we got seven in are fleet from 20m to 41m good pumps as long as the greaser is working i had a 41 for a year put about 30.000 meters trough it not missing a beat any other questions just ask  happy pumping

The oil cooler is in the control box just below the oil tank it runs all the time mite be the vibration you got?

Ive stopped the vibration today, changed 2 main filters and breather filter no noise now sounds sweet, next I need to ajust boom speed on remote like watch paint dry at mo
