L.B.I have no outrage for the Mexican government.Only contempt. This entire situation is 100% their fault. Those are the assholes that should be classed as felons. You have come to the center of what is wrong and bad.

Digger,You have us killing the effect. We need to kill the cause. Sending an invoice to the Governments that fail their citizens instead of sending an aid check is not a bad idea.

I really think that the great deturent for this situation is to make it to expensive for the illegals to live here, If you instuted a 95% sales tax for anyone who does not have a US ID or Guest Worker card if you did this it would become unprofitable for them to come here illegly. when in doubt wash out.

It is not about politics. All concrete pump companies are in the same battle. The battle for qualified operators and workers. Here and in the patriot story a owner took the stand against a US citizen, a hard worker and brought politics into the foreground. It is imperative that the Hispanic population recognizes that this is a isolated incident and is not indicative of the remainder of the industry. Reference and read the page five of the Patriot Story...How successful companies are accommodating the diverse workforce. In a related story in the New York Times...as many as half of the roughly 5,000 private firefighters based in the Pacific Northwest and contracted by state and federal governments to fight forest fires are immigrants, mostly from Mexico. And many of them are workers here illegally.

i dont think that link that adam posted was ENTIRELY true , ive heard that NO americans can become citizens of mexico , ive even heard rumors of denying US citizens the right to buy/own homes and or land in mexico. i dunno how mush of it is true but if any of it is , our gov. should take that into consideration when talking about immigrants from mexico. You dont see france , germany, australia or other countries doing this !! so why sould we tolerate mexico doing this and at the same time grant them every wish they have ?
