Health and Safety Policy and Program

Just wondering how many of you out there have a health and saftey policy and program in place. If so, did you do it up yourself or were you able to get ahold of a copy and tweak it to meet your company. We have 9 pumps and a telebelt. Figure it is overdue. Any help would be great.
