i run a 63 putz...and the hooper hindge seal's never seem to last long if the Vibrator is used for any length of time..i tell the mixer driver to only use it when he has to then switch it off...but guess what they never do....i'm goin to try turning it down just enough to do the job see what happen's....any idea's...

You could take it off the grate and remount it to the back of the hopper???

Had a Putz with the vibrator on the left side of the hopper. Worked just fine.
Hopper hinge seal, what do you think of now? Pictures?

^^Ya...what Joe said.^^  That works well and the seals seam to last...longer.

Or you could just change the switch to one that doesn't stay on.

I had the same problem on my 47 Putz. turned down the vibrator, and have'nt had a problem for over 6 months.
