I use a 5 gal old pop post mix tank. replace the post with male and female air chucks, hook one up to the truck air and the other to a hose and wand and fill with your favorite fluid IE hydro, form oil, deisel. Just flip on the air and spray away. Works awesome. If you want pics I can get em. Oh yeah it sets between my deckpipe and my water tank like it was made to be there. |

I work for a pretty large company on the east coast and ours have been tied into the agitator for years but i see form release and pump up sprayers in the future with the EPA getting tough. |

I want to T the hyd. line going to the auger motor. My problem is that the mech. said the more you mess with your hyd. system the more contaminated it gets. Also i asked my brother about it and he said that it had to much pressure and if anything happend to the fitting that it could be dangerous. What do you guys think about it?? |

We use fire extinguishers that are charged with air. Just put a mle end air chuck on the end and put a quick connect and then a small flat spraying tip. Just be careful releasing pressure when empty. They work great! Russ |

I have a 34M Schwing that I put a T coming off of the agitators to spray hydraulic oil. I bought a quick connect power washer tip and some fancy valve from McMaster Carr for it. It works great and there is only too much pressure when the throttle is turned up. Only problem is new hydraulic oil is expensive! But it works better than anything else I have ever tried and it is very convienient. |

the sprayer what a pain in the hopper. the people that own pumps and don't run them should stay away from the ones that hook up to the aggitator . Because the operators think it a never ending supply of oil and no need to fill it up .I can name a few pumps that have been replaced a few jobs lost because of the hopper sprayer. Why is the pump making that funny noise A pump i went to look at thee our for months agoOut riggers went out boom went up but when it whent to pump it made a funny noiseDHAAAA. The can srayer by far is the best and so it doesent drive you nuts with the dirt in the tip Put a fuel filter in it from an old 60 or 70 ford
