call the company that built the pump and ask for a procedure to repair the cracks

One of the reasons is age and shock, I have quite a few issues with these especially when the operator has to travel "wet"  with concrete in the hopper, the rough roads and extra load in the hopper when driving can help these kind of damages.

Remind the operator to slow down and to transport full hopper as little as posiable, long distance with a loaded hopper will add extra wear to the mount parts. We cant always clean oout on site, so being aware of the extra weight in the hopper and driving with that fact in mind will help to lessen the damage
