well after 20 years of loyal service, The main hydro pump blew up on me halfway thru my second job, black mud, 65 degree day, 140 feet of line, 6 yards down, 6 to go...... yep, I had my son come over and help wheel it while I took care of the truck..... so far a new pump is 5 days out rush order, $5500. just for the pump, the good news is, well there is no good news..... just sitting here panicky cause I had to cancel a full week |

Did'nt you pick up a Thompsen a while back? They're pretty easy to line jobs with when you cant use the boom. |

You will find a way! Keep us posted! It could happen to anyone at anytime. It's the " HIGH RISK " concrete pumpers have in us. |

I still have that boom in the yard, I've been to lazy to get a CDL, I've already gone out and eyeballed ripping the boom off and have a bigass line pump, heard Ralphs did this years ago, but was to strong for little jobs.... my new hydro will be here wed, somebody give me a line pump to use, I'll keep all the money and you get the glory..... thank God I love pumping or I'd go be a greeter at Target |
