HOURS OF SERVICE OF DRIVERS: AMERICAN CONCRETE PUMPING ASSOCIATION (ACPA); APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION

This is an INSANE ruling made to only benefit the owners of concrete pumping companies.  Every Operator should be responding.

so at 8hrs into a days work, you want to stop the pump, turn off the engine and  not get paid for the next  half hour?  (which makes your day a 1/2 hour longer with no pay)

how does this only benefit employers? 

I really do not understand why it's insane ? I don't see where this really effects anyone negatively ? other than operators gaining 30 minutes of pay and possibly shortening a 12 1/2 hour day to a 12 hour day.
