speedy proportional will make you a better boom mover not operator. Operating is more bout remaining in control of the situation. than the truck. how do you tell a guy that is big enough to play line backer for a pro football team that you wont blow the pipe while he aims the hose at the footing that is 1/4 yard short, with out fight. how to deal with sand pack in jib cause the truck driver went ful rev full throtle when you went to prime and back washed the prime from the inlet, and contractor has 15 trucks lined up to start job and 10 more with in next 20 min. the list is endless. the new pumps are so good that most any one can be trained to be proficient on one in 1 mayby 2 months, and handle most problems that can be handled with out scope or lap top. it is the jobs ite stuff and attitude that are the keys to the best operators, and it is true that there are just some people that never will be good. |
