The only thing that pisses me off about hunting is we cant kill deer year round.

 Right now where I live is what I call "the sportsmans dulldrums" or "direstraits"? Nothing to catch or kill but steelhead and they're pretty elusive.  

 Here in the NW there's too much of a gap between seasons. Once water fowl closes on Jan.31st, there's nothing to hunt until mid March (turkey) and that's only a 30 day season. Then there's nothing until bear season in August.

 I got my master hunter patch a couple years ago which gives me an early archery and muzzle loader season and extends my late hunt through December. But this 3 month period is the hardest to get through because there are'nt as many fish to catch. The wait from mid April until August is'nt as bad because there's plenty of fish to feed the blood thirst.

 I have honestly considered relocating because of this!
