Yeah looks double shorted to me as well. I will do it on the off side but never on the pumping side. Looking at the drivers side foot cylinder that it wasnt a punch through. THere is too much of it exposed. Also looks like a Euro job again judging by the plate on the vehicle behing the guy standing there.

 I'd bet their fully extended! I've seen a 38m do the exact same thing with the outriggers out and down on solid ground.

 Also ran an early model RZ48m that had the same problem off the front. Stretch the boom out over the cab with mud in the boom and the assend came WAY off the ground!!!

TT you mean she was not short rigged? if so just in my opinion they've made extension on the last pipe....

Yep, probably a case of "pump as a crane."  Picked something up close to the truck, stretched the boom out and over she goes.

From looking at the picture nobody can tell what happened only the operator and unfortunately it normally is operator error sorry to say

The machine doesnt tip over if its set up right ! look at the rams on the outriggers ! It was pretty level its just a shame he forgot to put his legs out all the way!

I had the same problem. Its pino flying by and taking a rest on the tip of my boom.
