7 years later, a chapter 11 for them later.... all was preached they learned their lesson in underbidding the industry and treat their employees better. So I gave them a shot. Nothing has changed... aside from wanting your signature so your responsible for anything and everything in part of your daily paperwork while forced in fear of your job to push those limits, I was hired initially to starve the hours of an individual, was told there was alot of local work, lots of hrs but no traveling out of town for extended periods was all a complete lies. I've been pumping for nearly 10 years and was never expected to go out of town for week with less than a few hours notice. Hired into political drama and spoken too with disrespect I happily told them to kiss my a$$.... I hold higher standards of professionalism and higher expectations of a company. Take the warning and steer clear of you know who…

traveling and long hours seem like a pretty normal part of our job as pump operators

when the weathers bad, or work is slow, dont you collect unemployment?

That's what happens for us anyways. If theres no work, theres now work!

No I dont collect unemployment. I would like to find a honest pump company that treats their employees like assets with non egoistic management or at least treat them with a deserved respect. I was honest on all paper work and I take pride in being a professional. Heck I donated shop time simply because its a pain to get the extra paper work that entails done, to be treated like a dog. Im the guy that polishes my truck waiting on mud, keep the remote box looking brandnew, with armor all'd cab interior, if I see a job beaking ground im there between jobs leaving a card. Anyone know of a good company? Ill scratch your back if you scratch mine.

Thanks M.P. I should have known having worked for them before about 7 years ago. I quit then for the same reason. So I sorta knew what was instore but didnt expect to be hired into lies and politics, all I was from the start was a political spawn..Im just glad I have a insider as reference that seen it and helping me out.
