I have a dream,that all people be judged by their actions not the color of their skin,that people will be held accountable for their actions whether good or bad,if Dr.King was still here i think he would be opposed to affirmative action,thats the kind of discrimination he fought against,he didn't want anything given,he wanted it to be earned,not just given because of the color of your skin,maybe if non minorities hollered discrimination everytime they were wronged or where held accountable for their actions,would the world be a different place.I say erase racism,erase affirmative action and let us be judged by our quality of work, our safety records,and the service we give,and I think this would honor Dr.King,instead of him turning over in his grave to see the cause he died for turning into what it is today a crutch,an excuse,and a bargaining chip.ERACISM
