Whaaaattt!! I would almost think this is photo shopped.  You see again: Can't make a pump idiot proof. You have to take the idiots away from pumps.. 

does he have that drivers side front out rigger tied to that other pump as a counterweight ? regardless whomever that is should not be allowed to put a boom in the air.

stupid as it gets you would be better off puttiing the outrigger straight down than where it is at

Should have just driven it off the edge if he was trying to collect insurance money and saved the set up time.
