Hey where you from it can be alot of things to much slag old mud bad sand does this happen all the time or just every other load also do you notice any cream coming out of anywhere on your boom |

Hey also if the ready mix company is using recycled water that can cause it to tighten up also. there are so many things you have to eliminate them one by one and yes sometimes you have to all this in a min or 2. I am will to bet it is either slag/flyash course sand I found these to be common in my area |

When you stop the pumping for some time don’t leave the concrete in your pump 5-6slump You leave slump up to 8 or 10 then easy when you will start again pumping. |

Hi,sorry you have problems.Refer contactor to home depot for wheel barrows.This may sound out of line to many (like that name) but to heck with them. I will rot in heck for a stuipid mix that knowningly is not for us.Lets get real here,cost difference perhaps $2.00 a yard?.That contractor ain't worth the efforate..
