In a short version, he was saying that selling to Sany was one of his best business decisions he ever made. He sold in the interest of sustainability of the the company long term, just as much Sany gains, so will Putzmeister. The private housing complex is where he built his first mortar pump, the garage is where he painted it and it still show some of the paint on the floor. 

Two side notes:

1. The yellow paint comes from the brand cigarettes he used to smoke, they came in a off yellow packing and he showes his supplier the cigarette box when he ordered the paint

2. He had to change the name of his company, because "Schlecht" means "bad" in German and nobody buys anything named bad
