The saftey strap really needs to be around the hose to be effective.

We've got some other jobs I would like to use the M.S on (need a 40'er) so we can eliminate hanging so much hardware, if I can make it happen I'll post more pics and let everyone know how it goes. I think the M.S could be a very important tool to have available for muiltiple apps.

Payed by the hour Yard Whore with OVERTIME.

that is alot of ICF.  you been getting a good look at the hopper from the inside as well?  thats the application i saw for the M.S.  slow and easy.  pounding is for the black hose.

Hey Shortstick!!!...That is exactly what I say "slow and easy" with the MS...But those guys making the poor fought him over it UNTIL....He put a few yards through it into their wall,They actually wanted a 4" hose!!!

the operator brings out a glorified looking fire hose.  i could see them being skeptical at first.  might as well keep the hammer gun pluged in, bet you've got a repeat custumer.

i gotta repeat what raymond had to say and then i'll leave it alone,  i strongly suggest using a safty strap around the hose and not the housing.

keep em tire side down

and i would be tossing my spare hard hat to the hose man.

Actualy S.S my hopper was'nt all that bad! Hit the corners with my big bar all came out pretty easy, even after 7-8 hrs.

lucky guy,  must of had some mixer operator who know how to help out with only a push of the button.  im 3 in 3 for having to hammer the hopper at the end.  the bar going to take twice the work and thrice the time.  its to hot.  i miss -30

Squirrel ur obviously up in the ranks of B.B/or not.?.? Help us make a push to use the M.S on some of these jobs where we are pushing the boom limits, I think the M.S would work great.

Its all about information and getting it out there your sales staff have to want to be on the cutting edge of pumping safety. This should win and help sell the job because it helps them and you. This is safer than some oversize garden hose banded to some fab end. You wouldn't band a hydraulic hose so with the pressures we run why risk it. This item alone helped secure a 300 mil job in my area because it is within the weights the boom can handle, it doesn't require a crane to help support it, it gets in tight areas, its light to load and unload and its ratings have proven it safe. So again you ask how can we get contractors to buy into this product. It starts with Todd's sight wright here and what he has built a forum ware we all can get answers for ourselves and our Co's. Hopefully they will get it to the contractor. First thing i would do is get your Co. to buy just one and print out the flyer on this sight maybe some pics and get it out thereto the contractor's. Knowledge is and always has been power But Safety is still Safety!
