IF – the center of life – we did just a few simple things every day most of the pump accidents would not happen and your company would have a bigger brighter bottom line. 1. Deploy outriggers before unfolding boom 2. Stay 17 feet from power lines 3. Use the required dunnage for the conditions 4. Prime out away from the crew 5. Use a safety strap for each suspended item 6. Use one ended tip hoses 7. Fold up the boom first, then the outriggers 8. Look before you back up 9. Drive like your children were in all the other cars 10. Pay attention and wear your PPE That is not really much to ask |
