Why is it when I go to watch a vid it starts and stops?

I plays as fast as it can download to your computer. If it starts and stops just let it sit for 30 sec or a min than start if over or wait till it downloads than play it. We have a large traffic load right now because the site is new so that might be part of it. Sometimes that happens to me also.
