I'm having a D36L engine speed disconnect relay malfunction

I'm having trouble locating this relay, we have a 2007 MR Mack, with comfort system. I have replaced the diode in the cab and we are still only getting the RPMs to come down but we can not get the RPMs to rev up from the local or remote. I can use my cruise comtrol and it works fine. Any help or trouble shooting would be great. Or if you need to call me please feel free.
