We became aware that a recently published version of our Rapid On The GO! app, namely 3.1.0+2025, contained an issue affecting ticket times.

As a result, we have now published a new update to the application, Rapid on The GO! version 3.1.1+2026, for both Android and iPhone devices, where the issue has been eliminated.

To resolve the issue, app users will need to update Rapid On The GO! from Google Play Store or AppStore to the currently published version, 3.1.1+2026.
