Can you operate a boom? and where are you located right now?

well im not a pro like my daddy is running a boom but i no the basic's if some one can take there time to let me learn im all ready for it....just one big prob i dnt have a d/l if i had a few weeks of a pay that can be fixed or if thay had the boom at the job i could git there and stuff but im in the sunshine state at this monmet
