Just curioous if anybody out there has inhouse bs. It can be anywhere from Who gets certain pumps, hrs, who goes, out the most, company drama, backstabbing coworkers, or just having to run a POS. Give some feedback and let of some steam. This pump operator can relate is listening to his fellow brothers.

Backstabbing co workers..here's one..280lb 6ft dude is a slob..keeps attacking me when i tell him to do his job..i have 12 yrs seniorority on him, boss sees him attack me tells me he will fire him soon doesnt.. 2 months later guy leaves a bunch of beer cans in his truck..boss sees it..doesnt do a thing 1 week later guy leaves a bucket of human shit in my truck..boss turns his head again..boss is my stepfather..bosses would rather put up with the shit than hire a new operator..same guy was on a job last week ..got in a fist fight with a readymix driver..supervisor said thats enough next time he's offsite..it's all attitude guys..better love what you do , and bosses you get a jerk working for you can him..he makes us all look bad

More than you could ever imagine.I have a personal dislike for those that backstab,sissies.

Pretty much every company has some sort of that. I have learned to just take what I am given as far as hours and pump and be happy to have a job. I used to get upset over the little things and was not happy. Now that I overlook it I love my job. I just do not care for bosses that think they are better than everyone else. No, I am not talking about owners but the guys they hire to be in charge. Most of them have little man syndrome.

It always seems like the big guys ha ston. I just don't get what they are gaining out of it, backstabbing that is. Trying to gain something out of someone else's demise is just messed up in every way. You try to feel like a unit or team and fell like theirs a traitor in the mix. What do u do but show them we are the better employee and we arent going anywhere. As far as shiting in a bucket. I say eye for an eye. Stand for what you believe in.
