It is possible to have a certified professional repair your damaged boom, yes.

If a certified boom repair tech needed to pump some concrete he would call a concrete pumper.

When a concrete pumper needs to repair a boom he should call a certified repair tech to do that job.

It is not a liability that you or your insurance company need. Hire a pro.
