just woundering how some "people" can sleep at night with not a care in the world when thay know thay have ripped of alot of other people in the industrie and to shut up shop because thay owe so much money but the VERY next day open up under another day does this piss any one else off

been going on for two years, ya when it comes to money people do funny things. sometimes when i get burnt i call the other three pumpers and tell them whats up.

 This is because some people have no conscience.

 At this time its going to happen a lot, a period of no work caused by bad weather, depression etc followed by an up turn, companies dont have the necessary to finance the work load, also at this time of the year they have to pay the inland revenue, customs and excise and the easy option is to go under. When opening a new account now check out the directors, see if they have started a new company within the last 6 months, get credit card details or better still get a direct debit mandate in place so you take the money when you want.

All this said, its going to happen, theres always the shitehawks out there who do this. Got caught recently by a guy in the same village, kids went played football together who rang up 1 night to tell me he had folded, and there he was the next day under a new banner.
