Today I found the SANY PUMP operator was using double end hose one side of clamp and other side of only simple steel then I was told him please don’t use this double end hose only use the single end hose. But the operator told me when they was purchased new SANY PUMP that time only double end hose came with pump we did not get single end hose even later we was checked the dealer of SANY PUMP they don’t have single end hose from SANY PUMP COMPANY that’s why we will buy from any other company. He was agree with me for buy a single end hose even his double end hose is till new. So my question is why SANY PUMP COMPANY sending only double end hoses with new pump? I am not blaming to SANY pump company just I got information by one operator thats why I want to confirm. Thank you Munir |

I have seen a few new Sany Boom Pumps and i have never seen i two ended tip hose. I am not saying that it does not happen but i am saying i never saw one. Good job calling him out. If I ever see a pump with a double ended hose i will always stop and point it out. I might even take a picture and post it up. lol |

Sany America supplies a five inch, single ended whip hose that's clamped to the tip elbow, complete with a safety chain attached. I've seen them arrive directly from the manuf. this way. |

The last two we bought both had double ended steel hoses and they were not with a clamp end just a steel end. We cut both off, and the hoses are so stiff that they are too hard to use. The all come with that from China. |

Its ok cut the hose everyone will do this but it is not solution for ever or for everyone. The solution is stopping the double end hose with new pump by main SANY PUMP COMPANY. |

Dont take this the wrong way but i dont think its up to the manufacturer to send a double or single hose isnt it up to the pumping company , i know if they send it suggests that its ok to use it but for what application?? Pumping companys must enforce this... Whats this cut the end off a perfectly good doubble ender?? LOL , man u gotta have a spare drop hose somewere, doubble enders are not cheap there a great tool used in the right way and its always good to have them laying around the yard! I dunno but cutting the end off realy seems like a waste of money ... |

why would any one want a 5" double ended hose??? 1. used hanging off the boom they are dangerous!! 2. the manufacturer themselves usually only allow 3/4m of 5" hose to be hanging because of weight , so why do you need to add another? 3. how many times are you going to use a 5"hose for ground line?-nobody wants to pull them around anymore 4. since the manufacturer is responsible for the product they sell.... |

it depends on the operator a 5" doubble ender is just as good as a 4" double ender the only difference is tou put the reducer in a different spot !if you run a 5' drop hose you would probably prefer to use a 5" doubble ender but if you like running a 4" drop the 4" is the way to go!

why would any one want a 5" double ended hose??? So they could clamp it to another piece of system. There are many good uses for a double ended hose - and only one bad use, and that is as a discharge hose. |

murf , when You fill pillars toghether with a drillrig you have a 5" doubleended , they use 5" pipes..... Atleast the drillrig I have worked with , the one who screw down a big steelpipe 1,5-2 meter diameter and dig the mud out of the pipe.... |
