These drivers who are called out to go pick up the Ritchie Bros auctioned off pumps are calling me at 5:30am asking me How do I put the outriggers in? Getting me out of bed on a sat morning to help out is always a blast. Somebody owes me a cup of coffee or a beer, lol. I hope all the pumps make it to their new home safe and sound.

Just goes to show that we're not just truck drivers and it requires a bit more skill than throttle, shift & brake.

id would think for the price some of those pumps sold for, the buy could afford to send his operator to drive his 'new' pump.

if it was my money, it would be my guy bring her home.  what better way to find out if the truck needs tuneing up then driving it across the country.

hope there an operator on the other end...
