That's the longest sentence I have ever seen. Sounds like you need a good repo collector to get your pipes back.

I would just do what is right, do the right thing and dont worry what happens. If you get in trouble at least you got in trouble for doing what is right.

Get your pipe.

be ever so nice to them , offer some incentive to get yourself back in there, apologies if you have to , get the pump in there, when the concrete arrives.... GET YOUR MONEY!!!

GET YOUR MONEY!!!

You have sleezy competition and probably a sleezy contractor. If you are doing this for practice, no harm, no foul. If you are pumping for a living then get your pipe, get paid for the use of your pipe, and get paid for pumping the concrete or take your invoice where it shows that you paid for the pipe and have it with you when you get your pipe. Chances are that these fools may call the police; have your pipe invoice handy to show the cop..... or............. support your local lawyer ;~)

Most of the companies that I have worked for would get the whole crew and show up en mass and GET THE PIPE!

Benny someone from your company better grow a set of balls. I could'nt imagine what would go down if someone tried that crap with the company that I work for. Take your pipe back!! A wise man once told me "it's easier to ask for forgiveness than it is to ask for permission"

Word around the traps is that your pipeline was returned today (Friday) Is this correct?

Word around is you have your pipes back and you were offered money for the hire of your pipes that day.Is that correct? How many times was the line lost on that job?

I cannot let the comments go without putting the other side of this issue. The contractors concerned were terminated due to lack of ability, failure to heed the Supervisors advice and directions. On top of this the line was damaged as a direct result of their incompetance. In simple terms öld"concrete was pumped when it had been on site for two hours. Despite numerous directions over a couple of pours the standard of the equipment used and the ability of the personel were not at a sufficient level as to guarantee completion of the job at hand.
