a challenge to all members , someone posts something you see unsafe,gloves off ,let it fly,people in this industry have been held silent to long,now we have a place to voice our concerns and opinions,letm be heard,and for those that dont like it I say to bad you dont have to read it,as I read earlier this website has the best safety meetings ever and I agree,if you do it dont be afraid to post unsafe pictures they need to be discussed were the youngsters can see what not to do,its the older guys need to set the standard and the others will follow,and as far as bashing ice there wasnt near enuff as far as i am concerned,he should lose his job over allowing that while hes op manager

There are 3 kinds of operators.

Those who don’t know. (they make mistakes because they have not been trained}

Those that follow the rules because they see the big picture and want to do what is right.

Those who know so much they think they can get away with bending or braking the rules.

This web site is not about bashing anyone. If you post a picture on the message board you do open yourself up to scrutiny.

CRITIQUE: A written or broadcast assessment of something, usually a creative work, with comments on its good and bad qualities.

This is what we do. I make no apology when I do it, nor should you. When shown the correct method and reasons why the other way  is a bad idea; an operator that has pride in his job will usually take the high road.

If no one tells him which is which he can only learn by the process of elimination and often times those lessons come too dear.

My bashing is the the equivalent of "though love". When ever I quit riding somebody is the day I quit caring. I often come across as a hardass or usually just a Prick but I try and follow it up with a heart felt "Pump-On" but yes I am a bashtard!!
