Yep. People by nature want to complain. These times make it hard to be positive.

Somebody suggested that I also post that ConcretePumping.com is a site that was designed to promote its sponsors first and foremost all else that happens on this site is secondary. And I agree with that statement. ConcretePumping.com is a for profit web site. This is how I make my living, by promoting the sponsors. If you have a problem with any of them you can email me or call me but dont post it on the message board.

I still do not understand why some people have such a problem with a man making a living by owning a website.  I dont always agree with all that is said on here, but we have to respect it.  It is owned and hosted by Todd Bullis.  A young man who has figured out how to make a living by promoting sponsorship on a website without having to work in the hot sun.  There is not one person on either website who would not trade with him if given the choice.  You know that big department stores sell some shitty products in thier store, but you dont hear the employees bitching about it.  Take this website for what it is, a very fun and informative interactions with people in the same industry.  Get off the mans ass he didn't do anything to anybody.  I guess I'll get in trouble for this but I never hold back my thoughts.  Its called free market capitolism, it used to be very popular in this country.

Lets see, what have I picked up from this sight, The dangers of shortrigging, using cones to remind you of such T.T., jibbing, boom config. mix designs, double ended hoses, dunnage, Lots of cool pics and good helpful operators giving advice to others, Water washing [although not attempted], etc etc, There is not a doubt in my mind this site has saved lives, good job Todd.

doesn't seem complex to me...message board is a place for discussion, not to bash industry, employer's, members etc...all I see Todd asking is to be tactful when posting anything on message board, this may take a little more thought, but this is a very informative website that has a membership approaching 3000. differences of opinion are going to occur, and that makes for interesting dialogue between members. just be professional about it...not asking to much...

I am glad you guys agree or at least understand. I really dont want this web site to be a place were bitter hateful people hang out. If you are pissed off at the world or want to call everyone to task at every opportunity dont do it here. Find a better way of doing it.

I as the owner of this site and as a member of this site enjoy it very much. I love to see whats up, new pictures, new topics and to hear the stories. It is so cool when we help each other out and make a difference and save a life. I am very proud of this site and am getting very tired of those who want to back stab, slander, smear, pick on or just flat out be mean. ConcretePumping.com is not the site to report evil doing or illegal actions. It is not the place to call people to task. I hate it when somebody gets fired and post how much he hates the company, or when somebody does not like a business practice and think that reporting on ConcretePumping.com will show them. ConcretePumping.com does not police this industry. I have said this all along.

I think what some of you dont understand is that just because its true does not mean you have the right to post it or say it. If you see a fat man walking down the road its not good or nice to say to that man, hey your fat.

Is this a bad thing? All I have seen is good information on this site.I may not agree with all the responses,so be it.This is my official position.

We have entered into a site that has rules,no more and no less.We don't own this site and have to adhear to the rules set forth.I have no problem at all with this.I respond to questions asked by the membership,owners and operators.I now see there is censorship in another forum,now we chasize this groups owner.

This now seems like a double set of standards.

Try being in sales! When your competetors are threatened by your product and labor rates they will say and do the most underhanded crap you can imagine. My father ran the same type of company I do for over thirty years and I nevr heard him say one bad thing about his competetors.

Sometimes I wish I could just go back out in the field and leave the bullshit to someone else.
