remove back plate, remove kigny seal with a big bar. Do not remove rock valve to the shaft it,s easier when you try to pull on kidny seal then clean the grove and put a new one ... about 45 min to do ...

The Kindny seal is easy. The re-aligning off the back end to reducer is a pain in the arse.

It Was very Deffcult because We Changed Wear ring and insert Plate and We removed The rock valve from shaft amt we removed also The rock Valve shaft to check The o-rings and The sleeves When We finished we did not put The Shaft in same position so we took to long time to adjust The position of The rook valve with hydraulic -cylinder but it was The first time to make This Job because We have only one SchwinG pump and all of The other ave putzwe adJusTed all of the clearances M The manual Mt now it is workiNG Good
