Anybody looking for operators in Las Vegas? Looking to relocate possibly to vegas

right now companies are taking care of the top operators they got now. it has been slower the last month i know those union guys are still doing good though.

i broke 40 this week havent done that in a few months or so. i was getting a little over 30.  i wouldnt come to vegas right now. its suppose to get busy for us soon but we are the only union company that will be. but not busy enough to hire anyone. my boss gets about 30 calls a week from operators all over the country looking for work. and i get calls from friends from other compaines in town saying they are getting 15 hours a week. i am one of the lucky ones. i still get a good paycheck. hey alfred you still getting your 40+ over there i heard you guys had a few pumps down for repairs.

What part of SO. Cal?

last week was the first week in like 5 weeks that i made more then 40 hours. im still on the line pump and it been slower then usual. but the booms are out every day.

I would be looking at running a boom pump but I can run about anything.

you know last year i was like you thinking about relocating to las vegas. when i posted i got alot of helpful e mails and a few bad ones aswell, but despite the bad ones i took a chance and did it. when i got here i was sure i would be working within 2 weeks, but it was hard and it really came down to who i knew. so i made a call to my uncle who i worked for befor moving and he is the reason i have a job right now. but i think i made it here just in time. have i came a month or 2 later i think i would be doing something els or still be looking for a job. im not telling you not to come but so far what i see and hear right now ist a good time. but then again you never know what will happen unless you do it.
